One for the ages, Primarily talks about our decision making systems in our head, They call it System 1 (Instinctive, shoots from the hip) and System 2 (Slow, deliberative and logical). And how these effects our daily tasks. In much detail.

Daniel kahneman and Amos tversky worked together, It was a study of errors in judgement under uncertainty ("The undoing Project" the book). Kahneman was awarded the 2002 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences as Nobel is not awarded posthumously Amos was not in the recipient list, but it was for the work they did together.

Book is not an easy read, but it's way better and way more interesting than reading research papers. It's full of anecdotes and historical events.
